THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF SAIGON PORT CO. LTD.
- Pursuant to the April 26, 2002 Pricing Ordinance No. 40/2002/PL UBTVQH10;
- Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 170/2003/ND-CP of December 25, 2003 detailing the implementation of some provisions of the Pricing Ordinance;
- Pursuant to the Decision No. 2684/QĐ-BGTVT of the Minister of Transport dated August 30, 2007, transforming Saigon Port from a subsidiary company of Vietnam National Shipping Lines into a holding limited liability company;
- To ensure stability of the port operations in case of having the price fluctuation of fuel, petrol, raw materials;
DECIDES:
Article 1: To promulgate, together with this Decision, the Saigon Port Co. Ltd.'s Table of Charges on Tugboat Services, Mooring and Unmooring, Hire of Shorecranes to be collected in foreign currency (US Dollar).
Article 2: Subjects of Application of this Seaport Services Charges cover:
Ships engaged in the transportation of cargoes (including containers) from foreign countries to Vietnam, transit-Vietnam transportation, international transshipment; foreign army and training vessels entering/departing or mooring in maritime zone or water of Saigon Port.
Article 3: The rates prescribed in the Saigon Port's Table of Seaport Service Charges are not inclusive of VAT;
Article 4. The Saigon Port's relevant departments are to inform the ship owners, and concerning parties for executing duly payment.
Article 5. This Decision becomes effective from March 01st, 2008. The previous decisions concerning the above-mentioned services contrary to this Decision are to be rendered null and void.

Other services with use of fuel being not above-mentioned: increase 15% of the rates prescribed in the Table of Charge promulgated under Decision No. 586/2007/QĐ dated 12 July 2007 by the Director General of Saigon Port
