Passengers will visit sites in Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta cities of My Tho and Can Tho, said tour company Saigon Tourist.
The ship will spend five days in Viet Nam. On Wednesday, it will dock in Da Nang port from which passengers will tour My Son holy land and the ancient capital of Hue.
It will then head further north to Ha Long Bay where a visit to Yen Tu pagoda is on the programme.
