Welcoming the 37th anniversary of South Vietnam liberation and National solidarity (April 30, 1975  April 30, 2012) and the International Labour day May 1st, Saigon port hosted the Friendly Sport Meet on badminton and tennis on April 21 and April 25, 2012 between the ports staffs and employee with the invited guests such as: Pilot Corporation of the first Zone, Maritime Administration of Ho Chi Minh City, Customs Department of the II, III zones; Proconco, Lai Thieu Animal Food Producing Co. Ltd, Apromaco Company, Saigon Port Trade & Construction Joint Stock Company (SPTS), the Branch of Fertilizer and Petroleum Chemical General Company; Agents of Vosa Saigon, Samtra, Age-lines, Vosco etc.
